Fees & Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide accessible, high-quality therapy while respecting your time and mine. Below are my fees and policies to ensure fairness and continuity of care for all.

Session Fees

Individual Counselling: $175 per hour (50–60 minutes).

Payment Methods: Cash, cheque, or email transfer (due at the time of service).
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

48+ hours’ notice: No charge.

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee applies.

First missed appointment with <24 hours’ notice: 50% fee to reschedule.
Subsequent missed appointments with <24 hours’ notice: Full fee required to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late:

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time (full fee applies).

After 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment is forfeited, and the full fee is charged.
